Teacher Evaluation Training
Presented by Tim McRoberts
The workshop is designed to equip school administrators with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively conduct teacher observations and provide constructive feedback. Participants will learn how to use observation tools and frameworks to assess various aspects of teaching, such as instructional strategies, classroom management, and student engagement. The workshop will emphasize the importance of objective, evidence-based observations and how to document these observations accurately. Additionally, administrators will be trained on how to write comprehensive evaluations that highlight strengths, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable feedback that supports teachers' professional growth. The goal is to ensure that administrators can conduct fair and meaningful evaluations that contribute to the overall quality of education within their schools.
